Minimalist rectangular sterling silver box executed in the Samorodok technique by Portuguese silversmith Topazio, circa late 60s / early 70s. The all-over finish has a topographic, molten, slightly lunar appearance. Similar examples in Samorodok as well as geometric box forms were made by Topazio and retailed by Tiffany & Co. starting in the early 1950's. Fully signed.
